Returns:

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are not returnable:
• Downloadable software products
• Batteries
• Key fobs

If you need to return an item, send us an email at [email protected] to get an RMA number and send your item along with the assigned RMA number to TriTeq Lock and Security.

Refunds:

In order to complete your return, the item(s) must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase. A 40% restocking fee and 100% shipping costs will be applied to all returned products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost to ship the return back to TriTeq is the purchaser’s responsibility.  When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
