FreshPay offers fully autonomous, pay-to-access refrigerated retail through a secure enterprise API.  FreshPay can integrate into your existing payment system or any payment-enabled interface.The cooler stays locked until a guest completes payment at the point-of-sale terminal—whether that’s a kiosk, POS, or a QR code. Once payment is confirmed, an unlock command is sent to the FreshIQ lock via the cloud portal, allowing the door to open so the guest can retrieve their item, and then it automatically re-locks. There’s no need for staff to be present, no risk of honor-system losses, and no guest friction beyond the payment step itself.
