Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    The following items are not returnable:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Batteries

Refunds:

In order to complete your return, the item(s) must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase. A 40% restocking fee and 100% shipping costs will be applied to all returned products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

If the item purchased is either defective or damaged, it is not eligible for an exchange. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected] to get an RMA number and send your item along with the assigned RMA number to TriTeq Lock and Security. For all the exchanges, an RMA# must be requested and issued within 14 calendar days after the date of shipment. Any merchandise returned without an RMA# will not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee for the items that will be exchanged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost to ship the return back to TriTeq is the purchaser’s responsibility.  When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
